Barrosu Reserve is a red cannonau wine produced by the cellar of Mamoiada.
The quality of Cannonau grapes is of controlled origin.
The fermentation of the Barrosu Riserva takes place in small tin of one thousand liters for 25 days.
Aging for 12 months in barrels then later in 3 months in bottle.
The Winery of Mamoiada produces every year only 4000 bottles of Barrosu Riserva.
