Un territorio affascinante quello dell’oristanese, dove le vigne, che affondano le radici in un antico terreno fatto di sabbia e pietra, crescono vicino al mare, avvolte dalle sue brezze e dal profumo delle fioriture dei rosmarini selvatici; un premio per gli uomini che in lui hanno creduto e scommesso. La Vernaccia Valle del Tirso ha uno stile personale e riconoscibile, giocato sulla ricchezza gusto-olfattiva e sul grande equilibrio; è un vino poliedrico e versatile che, viste le sue caratteristiche, si abbina tanto a cibi particolarmente complessi, come la bottarga, quanto a dolci e formaggi piccanti. Un prodotto unico nel suo genere e che non bisogna lasciarsi sfuggire!

Giallo dorato, profuma di mandorlo in fiore, datteri, miele millefiori e frutta secca. L’assaggio è morbido e vellutato con un delizioso ritorno leggermente amarognolo.

Da abbinare a formaggi piccanti e a dolci a base di mandorla, oppure con crostini alla bottarga.
