The bread “‘e fresa”, or bread “Carasau”, is a typical product of Sardinia, with roots that reach as far to the Bronze Age. Due to its characteristics lent itself very well agropastoral activities typical of these areas. The bread Carasau is also called music paper for its characteristic crispness, which makes it noisy chewing.
